**What's Included in the Rental Cost?**

For those located within a 10-mile radius of our Pelham, Alabama location, delivery is on us! Those beyond this range will incur a delivery charge. All our rentals are set up and sanitized on-site for your convenience. Plus, our fantastic 24-hour team is just a text away for any swift updates or queries you might have. Do remember, our hardworking delivery crews always appreciate tips.

Your delivery is slotted between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm, and we ensure your inflatable is ready well ahead of your event start time.

**How to Book:**

Booking is a breeze. Begin by clicking on "Add To Cart". Choose your event's date and time, and then simply follow the on-screen instructions. Once directed to the checkout page, you'll see a comprehensive breakdown of your rental cost. Please note that A-Z Bounce House Rentals mandates a deposit for every reservation. This 50% deposit directly offsets your rental amount and doesn't act as an extra fee. Though this deposit is non-refundable (because your selected equipment gets reserved for you and becomes unavailable for others), there is flexibility in case of bad weather. Your deposit can be redirected towards a new available date within 60 days of your initial event date. The remaining balance is conveniently auto-debited from your saved card on the Friday before your event. If unforeseen challenges arise and you're unable to avail the rental equipment, we'll refund any amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
